Bush: Iraq's not fallen into civil war

"Our commanders and diplomats on the ground believe that Iraq has not descended into a civil war," The Decider said Saturday in his weekly radio address.
Right.....because an average of 70 Iraqis killed on a daily basis is not a civil war. i wonder what the decider and his handlers would consider a civil war? Man, the bushies are in denial. Their plans arent going as desired; they encounted a resitance in Iraq that has a backbone to stand up against the empire.
